This tour focuses on Cappadocia’s valley systems, where geology, monastic life, rural settlement, and nature intersect.
Rather than extreme trekking, the program offers moderate, well-paced hikes through Cappadocia’s most scenic and historically rich landscapes. Trails pass through fairy chimneys, volcanic ridges, hidden cave churches, abandoned villages, pigeon houses, and river valleys carved deep into the Anatolian plateau.
Hikes are carefully sequenced to progress from the central valleys around Göreme to the less-visited southern valleys, concluding in the dramatic canyon landscapes of Güzelyurt and Ihlara. Day 1 – Arrival in Cappadocia

Day 2 – Red Valley, Meskendir & Rose Valley
Today’s hike introduces Cappadocia’s central valley system, where erosion has created some of the region’s most iconic scenery.
Red Valley is known for its deep red and orange rock formations, offering wide views across the plateau.
Meskendir Valley features narrow passages, rock tunnels, fairy chimneys, and carved shelters used by local farmers.
Rose Valley, named for its soft pink tones, is scattered with ancient cave dwellings and small rock-cut churches.

Day 3 – Gomeda Valley & Uzengi Valley

The trail continues into Uzengi Valley, known for its open terrain, fairy chimneys, and agricultural use, offering a more natural and less-developed hiking environment.

Day 4 – Güzelyurt, Monastery Valley & Ihlara Valley
A full and rewarding hiking day in one of Cappadocia’s most dramatic regions.Begin in Güzelyurt, a historic town with strong Greek Orthodox heritage, stone houses, and rock-cut churches. From here, hike through Monastery Valley, a lesser-known area dotted with cave monasteries and hidden chapels carved into volcanic rock.Continue to Ihlara Valley, a spectacular canyon carved by the Melendiz River. Fun and very interesting trip. We saw a lot of what Turkey has to offer in a short time ( two weeks)
What we enjoyed about the trip:- the guide was amazing! Very knowledgeable, approachable, fun- the driver was good and careful, always attentive- all the food was delicious and plentiful - the captain, chef and crew on the boat were great- the sites were fantastic! Good choice of variety- the boat tour in Istanbul was interesting- the accommodations were very good, some better than others Where improvement would be beneficial:- the van was really cramped for 12 of us ( 10 plus the guide and driver)- two long days in the van were tedious and somewhat uncomfortable- a flight or two would have been easier -the gullet was tired. The wood was peeling, some of the water toys were broken - some of had our toilets back up into our bathrooms - a bad stench was present in the cabins in the bathrooms at times

They organize our school training. It was the worst experience I had. We were 48 people in the group and they have no idea about the group they booked a hotel which was different then the promise one. We ask for refund they didn't reply. Quality of the hotels were way different then the promise one. DONT CHOOSE THEIR SERVICE.
